👥 How we allocate rooms

When creating the room list, we consider:

• Gender

• Couples travelling together

• Friends travelling together (when requested)

• Room capacity and accommodation layout

• Information provided in the Logistics Form

While we always do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.

🤝 Fair and practical arrangements

Room assignments are made to ensure comfort, fairness, and efficient use of the accommodation, while maintaining the friendly and social atmosphere that Erasmus Fun trips are known for.
