🚌 Included on selected trips

Many Erasmus Fun trips include airport transfers between the airport and the accommodation. If transfers are included, this will be clearly stated on the trip page under What’s Included.

✈️ Send us your flight details

Before your trip, we’ll ask you to provide your flight information. This allows our team to organize transfers efficiently and ensure you’re assigned to the most suitable transfer.

🕒 Scheduled transfer times

Transfers are organized according to the trip schedule and may be shared with other participants arriving around the same time. For this reason, we recommend booking flights that match the recommended arrival and departure times shown on the trip page.

📲 Before you arrive

A few days before departure, you’ll receive all the necessary information, including:

• Meeting point at the airport

• Transfer times

• Emergency contact details

• Instructions for meeting our team or local partner

This information will also be shared in your dedicated WhatsApp group.

🚖 Arriving outside the transfer schedule

If you arrive outside the scheduled transfer times, you may need to arrange your own transport to the accommodation, unless an alternative transfer option is available. If this applies, our team will always let you know in advance and help you find the best solution.
