If you need to cancel your booking, you must send an email to booking@erasmus.fun with your Ticket ID. Cancellation charges will depend on when your request is received.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully, responsibly, and follow the instructions of the Erasmus Fun team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

If Erasmus Fun cancels a trip, you’ll be offered the option to transfer your booking to another trip or receive a refund, depending on the circumstances.
