Although it’s uncommon, Erasmus Fun may occasionally need to cancel a trip due to reasons such as:

• Not reaching the minimum number of participants

• Safety concerns

• Force majeure or extraordinary circumstances

• Operational reasons beyond our control

If we cancel your trip, you’ll normally be offered one of the following:

• Transfer your booking to another available departure or trip, or

• Receive a refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

If a cancellation becomes necessary, our team will contact you as soon as possible using the email address provided during your booking, explaining the reason for the cancellation and the options available to you.

Whenever possible, we’ll work to find the best alternative so you can still enjoy an Erasmus Fun experience with minimal disruption to your travel plans.
