📧 How to cancel your booking

To request a cancellation, please send an email to booking@erasmus.fun and include your Ticket ID. Your cancellation request will only be processed once it has been received by our team.

📅 Cancellation charges

The following cancellation charges apply based on the total trip price:

• More than 30 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable.

• Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price will be charged.

• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total trip price will be charged (no refund).

💳 Important information

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the full trip price, regardless of how much has already been paid. If the amount you’ve paid does not cover the applicable cancellation fee, the remaining balance may still be due.
