Each Erasmus Fun trip has its own pricing and booking conditions, so the deposit (reservation fee) may vary depending on the destination, duration, and type of experience.

Before completing your booking, the trip page will clearly show:

• The deposit amount

• The total trip price

• Whether a second payment is required

• When and how the remaining balance should be paid

This ensures you know exactly what to expect before making your reservation.

💶 Reservation secures your place

For trips that use a deposit system, paying the reservation fee secures your place on the trip. If applicable, the remaining balance will be paid according to the payment instructions provided for that specific trip.
