📅 Cancellation by the traveller

If you decide to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply based on the total price of the trip:

• More than 30 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable.

• Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price is charged.

• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total trip price is charged (no refund).

These percentages are calculated based on the full trip price, regardless of how much you have already paid.  

💳 Deposits and payments

The reservation deposit secures your place on the trip and is generally non-refundable. If your trip requires a second payment, it must be made according to the payment conditions for that trip.  

🚫 If Erasmus Fun cancels the trip

If we have to cancel a trip due to circumstances such as not reaching the minimum number of participants, force majeure, or other operational reasons, you’ll be offered the solutions available under our Terms & Conditions, which may include a refund of the amount you’ve paid or an alternative option where applicable.
