Your first step should always be to inform your Erasmus Fun Trip Leader or a member of our team. They are trained to assist participants, coordinate with local services, and help you access medical care.

If necessary, we’ll help you reach the nearest medical centre or hospital and assist with communication, transportation, and any practical arrangements.

📞 Emergency services

In a serious emergency, always call the local emergency services immediately if you’re able to do so. Our team will also support you throughout the process.

📄 Insurance and medical information

If you have travel insurance, keep your insurance details accessible during your trip. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or regularly take medication, we recommend informing us in your Logistics Form before departure so we can better assist you if needed.
