How does booking work?
Booking an Erasmus Fun trip is quick and simple. Reserve your spot online, receive your confirmation, and get ready for an unforgettable adventure.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed as soon as you receive a confirmation email from Erasmus Fun after completing your reservation and payment.
Can I book with a group of friends?
Absolutely! You can book with friends, and we’ll do our best to keep your group together throughout the trip whenever possible.
What happens if a trip is sold out?
If a trip is sold out, you can join the waiting list. If a place becomes available or we open additional capacity, we’ll contact people on the waiting list in order.
What is the minimum number of participants for a trip to run?
Most Erasmus Fun trips require a minimum of 8 participants to operate.
Can I change my trip date after booking?
No. Bookings cannot be transferred to a different departure date once they have been confirmed.
