📝 Step 1: Choose your trip

Browse our upcoming trips and select the destination and dates that suit you best. Each trip page includes detailed information about the itinerary, what’s included, pricing, meeting point, and any important requirements.

💳 Step 2: Reserve your place online

Complete the booking form and pay the reservation fee online. Once your booking is confirmed, your place is secured and our team begins organizing accommodation, transportation, activities, and trip logistics.

📧 Step 3: Receive your confirmation

After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the essential information, including your booking details, payment summary, travel information, and the next steps before departure.

💬 Step 4: Join the trip community

A few weeks before departure, you’ll be invited to a dedicated WhatsApp group where you can meet the other participants, receive important updates, ask questions, and prepare for the trip together.

✈️ Step 5: Arrive at the meeting point

On the day your adventure begins, simply arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Our team will welcome you, complete the check-in process, and introduce you to the rest of the group before the trip officially starts.

💶 Step 6: Pay the remaining balance at check-in

For most Erasmus Fun trips, the remaining balance is paid during check-in at the meeting point. This payment is usually made in cash, unless otherwise stated on the trip page.

This system allows us to:

• Keep online booking fees as low as possible.

• Pay local suppliers directly during the trip.

• Offer greater flexibility to our travellers.

The exact remaining amount, accepted payment methods, and any specific instructions will always be communicated before departure. If a trip requires full payment online instead, this will be clearly stated on the trip page before booking.
