When all available places have been booked, the trip will be marked as Sold Out. This means we’ve reached the maximum number of participants to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

📝 Join the waiting list

If you still want to join, simply add your name to the waiting list. If a participant cancels or additional places become available, we’ll contact people on the waiting list in the order they registered.

🚀 Extra spots may become available

In some cases, we’re able to increase the trip capacity by arranging additional accommodation, transportation, or staff. If this happens, waiting list participants will be the first to be notified.

📧 Stay updated

Even if a trip is sold out, we recommend joining the waiting list instead of giving up. Many participants secure a place this way, and you’ll also be among the first to hear about any new dates or additional departures for the same destination.
