👥 Minimum group size

To ensure the best possible experience and make the trip operationally viable, most Erasmus Fun trips require a minimum of 8 confirmed participants.

📅 What if the minimum isn’t reached?

If the required number of participants hasn’t been reached before the departure date, we may:

• Extend the booking period to allow more people to join.

• Offer an alternative travel date.

• Propose a similar trip.

• Cancel the trip if it cannot operate safely or sustainably.

💳 What happens to my booking?

If Erasmus Fun cancels a trip because the minimum number of participants is not reached, you’ll be offered:

• A full refund of the amount you’ve paid, or

• The option to transfer your booking to another Erasmus Fun trip, subject to availability.

A minimum group size allows us to provide the quality experience we’re known for, including comfortable transportation, experienced trip leaders, planned activities, and the best value for all participants.
